In their current edition, our forms meet CARF standards and the regulations of many, if not all, states. In the clinical forms package there are numerous bonus forms that assist you in agency operations, e.g. incident reporting forms.

Can I make changes to the forms?

The forms electronic files are provided in Portable Document Format (PDF). The are editable using software programs such as Adobe Acrobat or NitroPDF Professional. They are not editable using Adobe Reader.

What kind of printer do I need?

You can use either ink jet or laser. Your printer should be capable of printing 1/4" margins. The better the output resolution, the better your forms will look.
